Of All The Pokeman Characters I Picked Pikachu
I’m putting together a visual history of Pikachu through Pokemon trading cards that I will eventually donate to children in my community who do not have the means to collect these gems.
Over the last three decades, Pikachu has evolved from a simple video game mascot into a worldwide icon of joy and ‘soft power’ that transcends borders and languages.
For me, collecting isn’t just about cardboard; it’s about capturing the different artistic interpretations of a character that has made millions of people smile, and packaging that legacy into something tangible for me, my friends, and my community.
